Every watch sold by The Boris Collection is personally inspected by a master watch craftsman and carefully restored by our own in-house staff of watchmakers. Thanks to our many years of experience in the watch business, we have access to one of the world's largest inventories of parts and dials for most major brands and are capable of restoring virtually any fine timepiece.

When you purchase a watch from The Boris Collection, you are not simply guaranteed a watch that is authentic. We stand behind every watch we sell and will continue to service your timepiece as the need arises.

All watches offered are warranted solely by The Boris Collection for (2)  two years from the date of purchase as shown by TheBorisCollection’s records for defects in workmanship and materials with (3) three day right of return on new purchases for full refund from that date of purchase.  Customer’s sole remedy after that three-day period will be return of the watch for repair or exchange.  CUSTOMER HAS NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES.  NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS GIVEN. 

All of our customers have a Three Day Inspection Period to evaluate their watch. Beyond the Three Day Inspection Period, we will still honor requests for exchanges and/or upgrades at our sales manager's discretion for up to 7 days after your original order.

Prior to returning any item, you must notify us of your intent and reason(s) for the return. Any merchandise that is returned will be thoroughly inspected and must be in Unused Condition. ‘Unused Condition’ means that there are no scratches or blemishes, that the watch does not show any signs of wear and tear, and that the item has not been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept the return of an item with any indication that it has been used. Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received with the item. Returns will not be honored without all accompanying documentation and original packaging. All returns require the request of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may obtain this by contacting us via telephone at 480-767-3827.

TheBorisCollection is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or packaging while in transit to our offices. Any loss or damage during shipping for a returned or exchanged item must be recovered from the shipping carrier used to send the package. All packages sent back to our offices should be insured for the full value of the item with the carrier used in case of loss or damage.

All shipments are fully insured.

Orders paid by credit card, can be shipped only to the address on record for that account.We usually ship your fine timepiece within (72) seventy-two hours after the order is processed. If you would like your order shipped to an address, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and place an “alternate shipping address” on record, so that we can verify this information. By stating that you only want an “alternate shipping address” it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. It is another fraud-prevention method that we use to be certain that we are dealing with the actual cardholder

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, and Money Order as forms of payment.

If you are sending a check please understand there is a (10) ten day clearing period. Once your check has cleared we will immediately ship your item.
